Baby Product Return Requirements

Due to health and safety considerations, baby products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

For the safety of all families, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, opened, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in their original condition, unless they arrived defective or incorrect.
